RBR x Ciccone & Sons
We’ve teamed up with fellow Redfern locals Ciccone & Sons to create a limited edition Redbird spiced gelato, now available in both venues.
Inspired by our signature red braise, this special creation features flavours of Sichuan pepper, star anise, ginger, cinnamon and mandarin peel, finished with a sticky caramelised soy ripple. Chef Hamish has levelled it up by deep-frying the gelato and serving it with a delicious verjus caramel.
